How to Request a Repair
- Contact us at hello@aurilith.com with your order number and a description (or photo) of the issue.
- We'll assess the repair and provide a quote if applicable.
- Ship your piece to us using a tracked service.
- We'll repair and return your jewelry within 7-14 business days.
Repair Fees
Repairs due to manufacturing defects within 90 days of purchase are complimentary. Other repairs may incur a small fee depending on the work required.
