Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in their original, unworn condition. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number.
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for a different style or size within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original, unworn condition.
Resizes
If your bracelet doesn't fit perfectly, we offer resize services. Please contact us to arrange a resize. Additional fees may apply.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom or personalized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Return
- Contact us at hello@aurilith.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll provide return instructions and a return address.
- Ship the item back securely. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
